Our standard
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have built in
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link to the main content.
- Menus open with a click, Enter or Space, and close with Escape.
- Text and controls meet the WCAG contrast ratios in the light, mid and dark themes, which we check automatically.
- The home page animation is replaced by a still image if your device asks for reduced motion.
- All of the content on every page is in the page itself, so it works with screen readers and without JavaScript.
