Prime Assist launches publicly at Dentistry Show UK

Gateway Global launched Prime Assist publicly on 16 May 2025 at Dentistry Show UK, at the NEC in Birmingham.

Prime Assist is AI voice infrastructure for healthcare. It answers and handles patient calls in several languages, and it can switch language mid-call when the caller does. It is designed to give clinicians and reception teams more time for the patients in front of them, and so that every branch of a group offers patients the same standard of service on the phone.

Prime Assist is built for private dental groups first, then physiotherapy and musculoskeletal (MSK) clinics, and aesthetics.

Where Prime Assist is today

Prime Assist is in trials with UK private dental practices and a multi-site private GP group. It has a clinical safety case under DCB0129, the NHS standard for clinical risk management in health IT, signed off by our Clinical Safety Officer.
